Cleaning up my files from my Flip Video and I came across this clip from our April 2008 Anusara Immersion. (Have I mentioned, I love my little Flip camera!) I believe Ari was the videographer on this one. Christina is guiding Jeremiah into Bird of Paradise. I particularly like this clip; you can really see how hard Jeremiah is working. I’ve watched my friend Jeremiah evolve over the past year; The Poster Child of Tight Hamstrings works into beautiful poses using the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment.
Many other things floating around in my mind that I want to write about, but time, time, time!!! I love to write, truly get energy FROM writing, but I am definitely not a fast writer. Once had a college prof describe me as “a bleeder” meaning one who doesn’t do rough drafts & can’t just throw something out on paper but has to craft each phrase and sentence along the way … a bleeder.
He was “write”!
