		<description>What I often do is go around and ask people&#039;s names, and as we move on to the next person, I look at everyone we&#039;ve gone through so far and think &quot;okay, Ramsey, Sue, Mary, Sarah, ... um, oh, Madeline!, and Jason.&quot;  So I repeat most everyone&#039;s name to myself at least a couple of times.  It&#039;s all about repetition for me.</description>

		<description>yeah, now that I am realizing the value of this, I&#039;m trying to figure out how to go about it! I usually can never remember someone&#039;s name on first meeting, but after I have a conversation with them I can. That&#039;s not going to work in a teaching setting.</description>
