Entry #22 ~Tuesday, September 30 ~ 9:15 a.m. ~ Austin
Periodically, my friend Lisa will send out a link to our Austin group with some inspiring Anusara Yoga article or blog that she has run across. We are constantly amazed at her ability to unearth these treasures. As I surfed the web last night looking for other blogs that have posted about the Grand Gathering and Anusara Yoga in general, I had a thought. (Sit down everybody and breathe. It DOES happen occasionally!)
In an effort to grow our online kula, I’d like to build another page off my blog with links to articles and others who post regularly about the Anusara Yoga experience ~ sort of a one-stop browsing place to help each other find inspiration and support for our practice (and teaching) through online connections.
So, if you regularly write about Anusara Yoga AND you are interested in sharing your site, please email me. Include your name, location, and site link. Also just note if you are a certified or inspired or perhaps wanna-be teacher, or simply a practitioner who embraces this beautiful method. My thought is this will be more about connections than credentials, but it is always nice to know one another’s orientation. We’ll see how it goes.
During the Gathering, John frequently made reference to the tapestry we form as a community. I was reminded of that in this quote:
“We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand fibers connect us with our fellow men.” ~ Herman Melville
How ’bout we make that a thousand links!?
